A molting ostrich at the Indianapolis Zoo from a couple years ago.
He is a sad sight. He looks like a half naked, plucked turkey. But he would taste better than a turkey. Ostrich is delicious, especially with mushrooms. Turkey always comes out a bit dry.

Ew! Not a pretty sight. Poor ugly thing.
Nature isn't pretty a lot of time. Nature is icky and damp and covered in bugs. Nature is pretty gross.
